🧾 Job Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class customer support via phone, chat, and digital channels
- Investigate and resolve issues related to financial crime and fraud
- Collaborate with internal teams for quicker resolutions
- Contribute to support process improvements
- Ensure compliance with Revolut’s anti-financial crime procedures
✅ Eligibility & Skills Required:
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1–5 years of phone-based customer support experience
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
- High-speed internet & quiet work-from-home environment
