Revolut is hiring Phone Support Specialists for their FinCrime team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction and protecting against fraud and financial crimes.

🧾 Job Responsibilities:

• Provide world-class customer support via phone, chat, and digital channels
• Investigate and resolve issues related to financial crime and fraud
• Collaborate with internal teams for quicker resolutions
• Contribute to support process improvements
• Ensure compliance with Revolut’s anti-financial crime procedures

✅ Eligibility & Skills Required:

• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 1–5 years of phone-based customer support experience
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
• High-speed internet & quiet work-from-home environment
