Operations Analyst Role at CertifyOS: What You’ll Do
As an Operations Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of provider credentialing, licensing, and payor enrollment processes. This fully remote position involves working cross-functionally with various teams to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
- Research & Evaluation: Research and interpret provider licensure and continuing medical education requirements across the United States.
- Application Processing: Complete credentialing, licensure, and payor enrollment applications on behalf of CertifyOS customers.
- Data Validation: Ensure 100% accuracy by validating and authenticating information on our credentialing and licensing platform.
- Communication: Interact with providers and clients via email to gather additional information as needed.
- Project Support: Assist with monitoring, new client implementations, and other ad hoc projects.
- Documentation: Summarize research findings and draft clear, concise guideline documents for customers.
What You’ll Need to Succeed

- Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
