- Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM IST
- Thursday & Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST
🗓️ Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday

🔍 Key Tasks
As a Monitoring & Support Associate, you’ll:
- Monitor essential technical metrics and trade developments
- Detect anomalies and points early to stop escalations
- Generate efficiency and incident reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve real-time issues
- Escalate points promptly to inner groups
- Deal with buyer tickets and guarantee well timed decision
- Support operational excellence by optimizing inner processes
- Keep up to date technical data and buyer SLAs
🧠 Who Can Apply?
✅ Necessities:
