📝 Job Description

The Junior Service Desk Associate will provide daily operational support through inbound calls, live chat, emails, and portal-based support. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, multitasking ability, and a customer-first mindset to deliver high-quality “white glove” support.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer support calls, live chat, email, and portal requests
  • Process service orders and maintain customer account details
  • Troubleshoot basic mobile phone issues (Android & iOS)
  • Respond to customer queries within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Use internal tools and ticketing systems to manage requests
  • Escalate issues appropriately when required
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure punctual login, attendance, and schedule adherence
  • Collaborate with team members and update issue status regularly

🎯 Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Freshers or candidates with 0–6 months domestic BPO experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of Android & iOS mobile devices
  • Computer literacy and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to work in US night shifts (6 PM – 6 AM IST)
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Maximo, Remedy is an added advantage

🎓 Educational Qualification

  • Minimum: High School Pass with excellent communication skills
  • Eligible Degrees:
    • B.Sc
    • B.Com
    • B.A
    • Diploma (12 + 3 years of education)

🏠 Working Conditions & Requirements

  • Training and work will be from office initially
  • Should be ready for 24×7 rotational shifts
  • Work From Home (WFH) only at company discretion
  • Must have high-speed and reliable WiFi at home
  • Comfortable attending video calls during training and discussions
  • Ability to follow assigned break and lunch schedules
