- Shifts: US Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM) – flexibility for both shifts is required.
- Key Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication, strong analytical and logical skills, willingness to work night shifts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Process Associate, you will:
- Analyze and resolve outstanding accounts receivable (AR) through research and client calls.
- Utilize various tools and systems for claim resolution, payment, appeals, adjustments, or patient transfers.
- Identify and report recurring issues or denial trends.
- Achieve defined production and quality targets (SLAs).
- Accurately document outcomes in the billing system.
- Follow standard policies and procedures (P&Ps) and adapt to process changes.
- Continuously improve performance based on feedback and audits.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Graduate Freshers with a degree in BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, CS, Maths).
- Passed Out Years: 2020 to 2025.
- Note: Candidates with B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/MBA/Diploma are not eligible for this role.
