- Provide first-level technical support for VPN, O365, Active Directory, drivers, and OS troubleshooting
- Use ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, and Control-M
- Handle queries via calls, chat, and email professionally and empathetically
Customer Support Executive
- Deliver exceptional customer support with a focus on first-contact resolution
- Manage conflicts and objections with empathy
- Build trust and satisfaction through clear communication and professionalism
✅ Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Commitment to Work from Office (WFO)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ticketing tools or basic tech support knowledge
- Certifications in ITIL, tech support, or customer service (added advantage)
