β VPN connectivity
β Microsoft Office 365 tools

What you’ll do:
β’ Attend client queries via calls, chat, or email
β’ Solve problems using structured thinking
β’ Document case progress and ensure customer satisfaction
β’ Work with real-time tools and global teams
Be the trusted voice customers rely on! Help them resolve queries efficiently and empathetically by focusing on:
β First-contact resolution
β Objection handling
β Clear communication and product knowledge
β Managing conflict while ensuring satisfaction
β’ Excellent communication in English (verbal & written)
β’ Graduate in any stream (full-time)
β’ Willingness to work in 24Γ7 rotational shifts including US hours
β’ Ready for 100% Work from Office β no hybrid option
β’ Problem-solving mindset and fast learning ability
β Experience with ticketing tools or basic tech support
β Familiarity with IT fundamentals or customer service processes
β Certifications like ITIL or customer service training
