📌 Position Details
- Role: Associate – Finance
- Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
- Position ID: J0225-0164
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Experience Required: 0–3 years in Payroll Accounting, Record-to-Report (R2R), or General Ledger (GL) operations
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer account-related information in client applications.
- Manage bank branch requests and maintain relationships.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests and escalations promptly.
- Ensure timely completion and review of daily work inflow from commercial bankers, bank customers, and prospects.
- Learn and gain comprehensive knowledge of client databases and applications unique to the company.
- Meet or exceed customer SLAs and expectations in terms of quality and turnaround time.
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:
- CA or CMA (Preferred)
- B.Com or MBA in Finance
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Corporate experience is preferred.
