Graduate Commercial Trainee
We are looking to hire young, dynamic, and aspiring minds who are currently in their final year of undergraduate studies from the following streams:
- B.Com
- BBA/BBM
- B.Sc – Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics
- B.A – Material Management
As a Graduate Commercial Trainee, candidates will have the opportunity to be trained in various functions including Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Site Administration, Industrial Relations, Purchase, Stores, Material Management, and Time Office, depending on the function they are assigned to. Training Details:
- Training Period: 12 months of on-the-job training from the date of joining.
Compensation:
- Office Based Posting: Rs. 3,00,000/- CTC per year
- Project Site Based Posting: Rs. 3,57,000/- CTC per year
Who Can Apply?
- Current Final Year Undergraduate Students: Candidates who are in their final year of undergraduate studies in the specified streams, and are expected to graduate in April/May 2025 from a recognized Indian University.
- Academic Requirements: Candidates should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% or more up to the 4th Semester in their under-graduation.
- Mode of Study: Only full-time undergraduate students are eligible. Candidates pursuing dual-degree programs or studying through part-time or correspondence courses are not eligible.
- Backlogs/Arrears: No backlogs (past or live) during under-graduation. All subjects/papers should be cleared in the first attempt only. Any subject/paper that is not cleared in the first attempt will be considered a backlog.
- Age: Candidates born between 1st July 2002 and 30th June 2007 (both days inclusive) are eligible.
- Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. Foreign Nationals are not eligible.
- Medical Fitness: Final selection is subject to medical fitness as per the guidelines provided by the company’s Chief Medical Officer.
