📋 Job Description
Mahindra Finance is hiring Collection Executives to manage and recover outstanding dues from customers. This is a great opportunity for candidates with negotiation and communication skills who are comfortable with on-field responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments and ensure timely collections.
- Track and monitor overdue accounts, and establish repayment timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of daily, weekly, and monthly recovery activities.
- Conduct field visits if required for debt recovery or maintaining customer contact.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on collection performance.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies during customer interactions.
- Support customers by providing clarity on repayment terms and resolving concerns.
🎯 Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience: 1–5 years in collections, recovery, or related roles. (Freshers with good communication can also apply.)
- Skills:
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling ability.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Other Requirements:
- Comfortable with field visits.
- Valid driving license.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting.
