- Fundamentals of technical writing
- Product documentation & SEO basics
- Marketing-oriented writing for user engagement
2. Software Testing
- Web & mobile testing (manual & automation)
- API, compatibility, network & security testing
- Automation testing with Java, JavaScript & Selenium
3. Software Development
- Java, Data Structures, SQL
- Basics of front-end development
- Full-stack SaaS development skills
Selection Process
To ensure the best fit, candidates will go through:
- Entrance Test – Assessing problem-solving, logical reasoning, and technical skills
- Software Testing: Aptitude, reasoning, testing basics, Java for automation
- Technical Writing: Writing skills, product understanding, technical terminology
- Software Development: Aptitude + programming (C, C++, Java)
- Interviews – Conducted by Zoho professionals to evaluate suitability
📱 Requirement: An Android smartphone with internet connectivity for online tests & interviews.
