As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll handle UK-based customer queries via email, ensuring timely, professional, and empathetic responses. You will collaborate with teams, resolve customer issues, and maintain satisfaction.

- Respond to customer inquiries via email professionally and promptly.
- Resolve complaints and provide solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

- Strong written communication in English.
