Position: Customer Support Representative (Email Process) – UK Shift
Location: Navallur, Chennai

📌 Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll handle UK-based customer queries via email, ensuring timely, professional, and empathetic responses. You will collaborate with teams, resolve customer issues, and maintain satisfaction.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email professionally and promptly.
• Resolve complaints and provide solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Follow company guidelines and stay updated with product knowledge.

🔑 Requirements

• Strong written communication in English.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
• Flexibility to work in UK shifts (1 PM – 10 PM IST).
