Job Role – Tamil Voice Customer Support

• Handle customer queries through calls (Tamil Voice Process)
• Provide service-related support and solutions
• Maintain customer satisfaction and relationship
• Upsell and explain membership benefits if needed
• Ensure proper follow-ups with customers

Eligibility Criteria

• Any degree (UG), 2025 graduates also eligible
• Experience: 0 to 4 years (Freshers & experienced both can apply)
• Good communication in Tamil (mandatory)
• Knowing Telugu, Malayalam, or Hindi is an added advantage with bonus benefits
• Ready to work in General Shift
• Looking for a long-term permanent role
