🩺 Job Responsibilities

As a Medical Coder, you will:

• Convert patient data (physician notes, lab reports, diagnoses) into standardized medical codes
• Use CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS and related guidelines
• Perform lab, ultrasound, and x-ray coding
• Identify documentation deficiencies and discrepancies
• Act as a coding consultant and assist team members
• Follow coding conventions and compliance standards
• Stay updated on the latest medical coding updates
• Support quality audits and billing accuracy

👨‍⚕️ Desired Candidate Profile

✅ Certified in CPC, CIC, CCS, or COC
✅ Good knowledge of Professional and Facility guidelines
✅ Strong in Lab, Ultrasound, X-ray coding
✅ Excellent in medical terminology and coding accuracy
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Willingness to learn and work in a team-based environment
