Job Role – Voice / AR Caller

As an AR Caller, you will work in the medical billing process where your primary responsibility is to follow up on unpaid medical claims. The role includes outbound calling to insurance companies and patients to ensure claims are processed and paid on time.

Key responsibilities include:

• Calling insurance providers and patients to follow up on unpaid or denied claims
• Reviewing claim status through calls, IVR, and online portals
• Documenting call notes, feedback, and corrective actions
• Posting updates in the revenue cycle management system
• Working closely with internal teams to speed up claim approval
• Maintaining accurate records of communications and claim progress
• Ensuring compliance with medical billing standards and regulations
• Identifying billing trends and contributing to process improvements

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any Graduate
• Graduation Year: 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025
• Good communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Willingness to work in Night Shifts
• No prior AR experience required, training will be provided
