Internship Training Overview
Selected candidates will undergo on-the-job training at Muthoot Finance branches, covering both practical and theoretical learning.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customer enquiries at branch
- Support customers with KYC and documentation
- Provide customer service and orientation
- Cross-sell Muthoot products (inside branch only)
- Interest collection calls and customer follow-ups
- Backend support and branch coordination
- Prospecting new leads and pitching products
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
