Position Overview:
Myntra is looking for a Data Analyst โ FPT & Return Experience to drive analytics and insights for optimizing return processes and reducing fraud. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor return metrics, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
๐ Key Responsibilities:
โ๏ธ Develop and maintain analytical models to track performance metrics.
โ๏ธ Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.
โ๏ธ Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
โ๏ธ Monitor return speed and improve reverse logistics quality.
โ๏ธ Identify fraud patterns and inefficiencies in the return supply chain.
โ๏ธ Provide actionable insights to reduce returns and improve seller experience.
โ๏ธ Automate reporting and streamline data reporting processes.
๐ Qualifications:
๐ Bachelorโs degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
๐ 0-2 years of experience in data analytics or a related domain.
๐ป Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel.
๐ Basic understanding of Python or R (preferred but not mandatory).
๐ก Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
๐ข Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
