✔️ Provide customer support and handle queries efficiently.

💼 Eligibility & Skills Required
✅ Education: Freshers or 2023/2024 graduates in B.Com, BA, BBA, B.Sc (Non-IT), Mass Communication, Journalism.
✅ Communication: Ability to convey information in a clear and simple manner.
✅ Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
✅ Analytical Skills: Experience using performance data is a plus.
✅ Time Management: Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
The skills you’ll need
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have excellent planning and organisational skills, along with good attention to detail. You’ll perform well under pressure, and be confident in your ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy throughout.
