✔️ Provide customer support and handle queries efficiently.
✔️ Improve customer service processes and procedures.
✔️ Identify barriers in performance and suggest improvements.
✔️ Maintain accurate records of daily operations and analyze trends.
✔️ Work with operational teams to increase efficiency and knowledge.
✔️ Enhance customer experiences through effective communication.
💼 Eligibility & Skills Required
✅ Education: Freshers or 2023/2024 graduates in B.Com, BA, BBA, B.Sc (Non-IT), Mass Communication, Journalism.
✅ Communication: Ability to convey information in a clear and simple manner.
✅ Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
✅ Analytical Skills: Experience using performance data is a plus.
✅ Time Management: Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
The skills you’ll need
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have excellent planning and organisational skills, along with good attention to detail. You’ll perform well under pressure, and be confident in your ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy throughout.
You’ll also need:
- Experience of analysing and using performance data
- Freshers, 2023 or 2024 graduates in B.com, BA, BBA, Bsc Non- IT, Mass Comm, Journalism
- The ability to convey information in a simple and understandable way
- An understanding of contact centre operations and performance metrics
- Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
