Job Overview: Support Specialist at NIQ

As a Support Specialist, you will be the frontline of technical defense for the Nielsen end-user community. Your primary goal is to ensure that all computer and information systems stay operational, minimizing downtime for the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Perform installation, repair, and preventative maintenance on workstations and software.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve hardware/software failures within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Asset Management: Maintain user account info, admin rights, and track physical workstations via ServiceNow.
  • AV Management: Configure and manage Audio/Video hardware for office environments and provide support during critical incidents.
  • Deployment: Implement fixes and patches as directed by the Desktop Engineering team.
