As a Relationship Manager at NoBroker, you will:
- Identify business opportunities and potential prospects
- Build strong customer relationships and recommend solutions
- Close sales and generate revenue
- Make outbound calls using lead generation & secondary data
- Follow up on new and existing leads daily
- Ensure quality service by adhering to company standards
- Be energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven
🎓 Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: Any Undergraduate or Post Graduate
(MBA / BBA / B.Tech / BA / Any Degree)
- Communication: Strong verbal & written skills
- Languages:
- Mandatory: English + Hindi or Kannada
- Optional: Tamil / Telugu
- Technical Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Work Schedule:
- 9-hour shift between 10 AM – 7 PM
- 6 days working with 1 weekday off
