Job Overview

The Helpdesk Associate – L1 Support will deliver high-quality IT service desk assistance to global users while resolving day-to-day technical issues related to devices, applications, and systems.

📌 Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts
📌 Work Mode: Work From Office (mandatory)
📌 Team: Global, diverse IT support team

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional IT Service Desk support to end-users
  • Offer guidance and training on IT devices, processes, and applications
  • Record, update, and escalate IT issues promptly
  • Assist with new employee IT onboarding
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams for system testing, integration & maintenance
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements
  • Learn and grow into other business areas within IT

Required Skills & Qualifications

Candidates should possess the following:

Technical Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for:
    • Windows 10
    • macOS
    • iOS / Android
    • Microsoft & Google Suite environments
  • Understanding of hardware & software issues
  • Ability to diagnose bugs and resolve technical concerns

Soft Skills

  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Ability to work independently & within a global team
  • Good coordination with multiple stakeholders
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
