📋 Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and execute KYC/CDD processes as per SOPs.
- Interpret and validate client documents for onboarding or periodic reviews.
- Enter accurate data in KYC applications (including Fenergo).
- Maintain adherence to compliance standards and operational processes.
- Provide well-written narratives in English with strong grammar.
- Stay updated on process changes and participate in training sessions.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous process improvements.
✅ Eligibility & Requirements
- Educational Qualification: University degree (preferably in Accounting or Commerce).
- Experience: 0–3 years in banking BPO (preferred).
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Fenergo KYC platform.
- Proficient in using Windows-based applications and tools.
- Strong communication skills in English (both oral and written).
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including weekends.
