🧑💻 Job Description – AR Executive
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Calling insurance payers to resolve claims (denial & non-denial)
- Reviewing claims using PMS and internal systems
- Resolving accounts through payments, adjustments, or self-pay
- Identifying process improvements, trends, and issues
- Following SOPs, workflow documentation, and trackers
- Participating in RCM training sessions
- Investigating complex patient account issues
- Identifying accounts that do not require calling
- Escalating complex payer issues to senior specialists
