Job Highlights

Roles and Responsibilities
- Call insurance payers to resolve claims including denial and non-denial cases
- Work on PMS and internal systems to achieve claim resolution
- Identify process improvements and escalate issues when required
- Maintain workflow documentation such as SOP updates, issue logs, and trend logs
- Attend training sessions to improve RCM knowledge
- Investigate complex patient account issues and resolve discrepancies
- Identify accounts that can be fixed without calling and support analysts
- Analyze trends, track payer issues, and support special projects
- Ensure complete accuracy while resolving accounts
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Interest in international voice/healthcare domain
