📝 Job Description
As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for:
- Calling insurance payers in the US to resolve denial/non-denial claims
- Understanding PMS and internal workflows for claim status resolution
- Following SOPs and updating issue logs, trackers, and reports
- Identifying claim issues and escalating complex cases
- Participating in training sessions related to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
🧑🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 🎓 Any Graduate or Undergraduate (Except MBA)
- 🗣️ Good communication skills in English
- 🧠 Analytical & logical thinking to resolve issues
- 🌙 Willing to work night shifts (US process)
- Freshers preferred (0–1 years experience)
