This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to start their career with an MNC and gain experience in international client handling and medical insurance claim processing.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

As part of the International Voice Process team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Making outbound calls to US-based insurance companies to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables (AR).
• Responding to customer inquiries through calls or emails to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Performing quality checks and analysis on medical insurance claims.
• Conducting routine research and resolving queries according to pre-defined guidelines.
• Building and maintaining strong knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry, products, and internal processes.

🎯 Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you should have:

• A High School Diploma or Graduate Degree in any stream.
• 0–6 months of experience in a service-oriented or voice process role.
• Basic computer skills — knowledge of Windows PC applications and typing proficiency.
• Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Flexibility to work in night shifts (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM / 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM), Monday to Friday.

💡 Note: Shift timings may change as per client requirements. Candidates must be open to weekend work and overtime when needed.

🏫 Training & Growth

All selected candidates will undergo Orientation and Process Training to gain complete knowledge of project processes, client expectations, and performance metrics. Upon successful completion, you’ll be deployed to the live process.

This role provides hands-on exposure to international business communication, US healthcare processes, and BPO operations, making it an excellent career start for freshers.

🎓 UG: Any Graduate
Preferred Backgrounds: B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA, or equivalent
