๐จโโ๏ธ Job Role: Certified Medical Coder (HCC Projects)
๐งพ Responsibilities:
- Evaluate medical records for chronic condition plans.
- Perform accurate HCC coding and ICD-10-CM validation.
- Ensure adherence to CMS Risk Adjustment Guidelines.
- Assist in project chart reviews for Medicare & Medicaid.
- Analyze documentation and assign codes based on anatomy, physiology, and clinical data.
- Meet both quality and productivity benchmarks.
- Collaborate with supervisors and project teams.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers & Experienced (0-6 years) can apply.
- Must have one valid certification from:
CRC, CPC, CIC, COC, CCS (AAPC or AHIMA).
- Educational background:
โ๏ธ Medical / Paramedical / Life Sciences preferred
โ๏ธ Other graduates can apply if proficient in ICD-10 & risk adjustment standards
- Strong knowledge in:
โ๏ธ Anatomy & Physiology
โ๏ธ Medical Terminology
โ๏ธ ICD-10 CM & HCC coding guidelines
๐ง Required Skills:
- Ability to interpret clinical documentation
- Good understanding of CMS HCC reimbursement structure
- Familiarity with Medicare & Medicaid risk coding
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical & problem-solving skills
