Job Description

The Customer Experience Operations Team at PhonePe plays a key role in resolving customer issues and improving product experience using real-time insights and feedback. As an Advisor, you will be responsible for handling account-related and transaction-related queries while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act with integrity and maintain a customer-first approach
  • Handle PhonePe account and transaction-related queries
  • Work across voice (phone) and data (chat/email) channels
  • Follow defined processes to ensure quick resolution
  • Build customer trust through effective communication
  • Meet hourly and daily productivity goals
  • Escalate issues appropriately with internal teams
  • Recommend process improvements
  • Educate customers to help them use PhonePe effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

  • Graduation (10+2+3) – Mandatory

Language Skills

  • English & Hindi – Mandatory
  • South Indian languages (spoken & written) – Preferred
