PhonePe is looking for a detail-oriented onboarding specialist with mandatory merchant KYC experience. The role focuses on end-to-end offline merchant onboarding, regulatory compliance, and improving onboarding turnaround time (TAT).

This role is ideal for candidates experienced in fintech, payments, or merchant operations.

  • Handle end-to-end offline merchant onboarding
  • Perform merchant KYC verification as per regulatory norms
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and SLAs
  • Coordinate with sales, business, and compliance teams
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Prepare and share onboarding & KYC reports with stakeholders

πŸŽ“ Eligibility & Required Skills

βœ… Experience

  • 0–3 years in merchant onboarding, KYC, or related roles

βœ… Mandatory Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Domestic Merchant KYC norms
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Good communication & stakeholder coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and analytical ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in offline merchant onboarding
  • Background in fintech or financial services
  • Knowledge of P2M (Peer-to-Merchant) onboarding
  • Multi-lingual communication skills
