Your Role – What You’ll Do
As a Customer Support Executive at Pocket FM, you’ll be the problem-solver when things don’t go as planned:
- Review App Store & Play Store feedback and convert it into actionable insights
- Handle customer queries via chat, email, calls, and social media
- Manage social media escalations professionally and calmly
- Translate emotional or unclear user issues into clear internal communication
- Identify recurring issues before they impact large user groups
- Track issues, trends, and resolutions using Google Sheets
- Research user behaviour to improve overall listening experience
- Take complete ownership of support tickets from start to resolution
Who Can Apply? (Eligibility & Skills)
Pocket FM is looking for candidates who truly understand users:
- 0–2 years experience in customer support
- Experience in social media escalation handling is preferred
- Freshers are welcome if they’ve handled real customer interactions
- Comfortable supporting a global user base
- Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets (filters, trackers, formulas)
- Familiarity with Freshdesk, JIRA, Zendesk, Zoho, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong English communication skills (regional languages are a bonus)
- Ability to multitask with a calm and positive attitude
- Punctual, accountable, and ownership-driven mindset
