  • Be flexible to work on holidays, weekends, or overtime when needed.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Must be based in Chennai or Tamil Nadu.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong typing and MacBook navigation skills.
  • 0–5 years of experience in customer service (email support preferred).
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Ability to work independently in night-shift hours.
  • Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude.
  • Ability to interact with global teams (US HQ).
