As an Email Support Associate, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate resolutions for account, order, and payment-related issues.
- Show empathy and communicate clearly with users.
- Troubleshoot problems using internal tools and knowledge bases.
- Gather feedback and share insights to improve user experience.
- Meet performance targets such as FRT (First Response Time), Resolution Rate, and CES.
- Work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results on time.
- Be flexible to work on holidays, weekends, or overtime when needed.
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must be based in Chennai or Tamil Nadu.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong typing and MacBook navigation skills.
- 0–5 years of experience in customer service (email support preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus (not mandatory).
- Ability to work independently in night-shift hours.
- Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude.
- Ability to interact with global teams (US HQ).
