As a Community Associate – Email Support, you will:
- Provide front-line customer support via email
- Handle high-volume, time-sensitive customer queries
- Resolve issues related to orders, accounts, and payments
- Offer clear product education and guidance
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in responses
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality

- Engage with Poshmark users through email support
- Respond in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues
