🧑‍💻 Job Description – Email Support (Community Associate)

As a Community Associate – Email Support, you will:

  • Provide front-line customer support via email
  • Handle high-volume, time-sensitive customer queries
  • Resolve issues related to orders, accounts, and payments
  • Offer clear product education and guidance
  • Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in responses
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with Poshmark users through email support
  • Respond in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues
  • Gather feedback and suggestions from the community
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics like:
    • Volume
    • First Response Time
    • Resolution Rate
    • Customer Effort Score (CES)
  • Work on holidays or weekends when required
