As a Process Executive – AR, you’ll be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of medical billing, claims follow-up, and denial management. The role involves working with insurance carriers, documenting processes, and ensuring that all client requirements are met with high-quality standards.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Review daily emails and update internal systems accordingly
- Make calls to insurance carriers and document all conversations
- Escalate issues to your immediate supervisor when needed
- Update daily production logs
- Meet daily/monthly targeted collections
- Ensure follow-ups on pending insurance claims
- Maintain detailed and accurate status reports
- Adhere to project-specific quality and productivity standards
