Eligibility & Skill Requirements
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Any Graduate (Must have NO active backlogs/arrears).
- Batch: Freshers from 2020 passed-out and later only.
- Shifts: Must be flexible to work in a rotating 24×7 environment, including night shifts and weekends.
- Work Mode: 100% Work from Office (5 days a week).
Required Skills:
- Communication: Excellent English accent and clear verbal skills (Mandatory).
- Aptitude: Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer knowledge to handle international telecom queries.
Interview Process: 3 Rounds
- HR Screening: Initial communication and accent check.
- L1 Round: Technical/Process discussion with the Team Lead.
- L2 Round: Final interview with the Operations Manager.
