Will need to have instructional background in a number of of the next areas:
- Verifying SoC with embedded RISC/DSP processors, communications/ networking ASICs.
- Verilog or VHDL, C/C++, Tcl/Perl/shell-scripting. RTL design expertise and/or sturdy OO programming information.
