💼 Role: Customer Success Associate
After successfully completing the traineeship, you’ll work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver outstanding client experiences and drive product adoption.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Learn the Recruit CRM platform and recruitment workflows
- Respond to client queries via chat, email, and video calls
- Help customers understand features and suggest solutions/workarounds
- Follow communication standards and support procedures
- Build strong, long-term relationships with global clients
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service

- Duration: 6 Months
- Working Hours: 8.5 hours/day
- Stipend: ₹20,000 per month

- ₹6,00,000 Base Salary

⏰ Work Shifts (During & After Training)
- Europe: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST (Mon–Fri)
- Asia Pacific: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST
- Half North America: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST
- Full North America: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST
- Middle East: Flexible (4 or 5 days/week)
