Current Opening – Customer Success Associate

Recruit CRM is looking for driven, innovative freshers to join the Customer Success Team after successfully completing a 6-month traineeship program.

You’ll collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to convert customer insights into meaningful product improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Learn the Recruit CRM platform and recruitment business workflows
  • Handle customer queries via chat, email, and video calls
  • Understand and communicate customer needs to internal teams
  • Solve user challenges with effective solutions or workarounds
  • Follow communication guidelines and service procedures
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Deliver consistently high-quality customer service

Traineeship Program Details

  • Duration: 6 Months
  • Working Hours: 8.5 Hours per day
  • Stipend: β‚Ή20,000 per month

Full-Time Offer (Post Training)

  • Role: Customer Success – Associate
  • CTC: β‚Ή8,00,000 per annum
    • β‚Ή6,00,000 Base Salary
    • β‚Ή2,00,000 Performance Pay (Yearly)

Full-time conversion is performance-based.

Work Shifts (Post Training)

During training: Europe Shift (12 PM – 10 PM, Mon–Fri)

After training, you may transition to one of these shifts based on business needs:

  • 🌍 Asia Pacific: 6 AM – 4 PM
  • 🌍 Europe: 12 PM – 10 PM
  • 🌎 Half North America: 4 PM – 2 AM
  • 🌎 Full North America: 8 PM – 6 AM
  • 🌍 Middle East: 4-day or 5-day work week options
