💼 Job Role: Customer Support Specialist (Remote – India)
Shift Timing: 3:00 AM to 3:00 PM IST (depending on season)
Working Days: Saturday & Sunday + 3 Weekdays (Weekends Required)
Work Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Remote from India
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues, escalate when needed, and ensure satisfaction
- Deliver product education and feature guidance
- Collaborate with a global support team for seamless service
- Troubleshoot technical inquiries with empathy and accuracy
- Act as the voice of the customer to internal teams
✅ Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a B2B SaaS support or related role
- Fluent in English (French or Spanish is a plus)
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Familiar with CRM tools and support platforms (like Zendesk, Intercom)
- Problem-solving mindset and technical aptitude
- Must be legally residing and working in India
