🔍 Key Responsibilities
As a Social Media & Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in helping real estate professionals grow their online presence and streamline their marketing efforts:
- ✏️ Design marketing materials (flyers, brochures, listing presentations, etc.)
- 📱 Manage and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & more
- 🎯 Plan and execute digital campaigns to increase engagement and reach
- 🎨 Create infographics, visuals, and short videos for social platforms
- 📈 Monitor performance metrics and report engagement statistics
- 🤝 Engage with followers and real estate investor communities
- 📋 Assist with admin tasks and client communication as needed
✅ Required Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools, or similar)
