About the Role

As a Graduate Trainee (Service Desk), you will help manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, including:

• Systems software
• Application software
• Hardware & configurations
• Production servers & scheduled jobs
• Incident and request management

You will act as the first point of contact for end-users, helping them troubleshoot issues across Windows, Networks, Database, Storage, Messaging, Collaboration tools, and Cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and runbooks to resolve issues.
• Handle incidents and service requests from end-users.
• Support IT environments including Windows, Databases, Cloud & Networks.
• Ensure compliance with customer security guidelines.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing and continuous service improvement.
• Assist new joiners as a buddy when required.
• Follow organizational policies and processes.
