About the Role

The Customer Support team plays a critical role at Revolut. As a Support Specialist (Retail), you will take ownership of customer issues, collaborate with global teams, and help continuously improve customer experience. You’ll be representing Revolut directly and ensuring every interaction reflects trust, clarity, and care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support via in-app chat, phone, and email
  • Ensure customers feel safe and confident while using Revolut features
  • Take ownership of customer issues and see them through resolution
  • Collaborate with international teams to solve complex cases
  • Represent Revolut professionally across all customer interactions

Eligibility & Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (provisional certificate accepted)
  • Minimum 18 months of customer service experience
  • Fluency in English (C1 level or higher)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, clear way
  • Good analytical, numerical, and IT skills
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability

Soft Skills

  • Empathy and passion for helping people
  • Self-motivated with an independent working style
  • Flexible and collaborative team player
  • Calm and professional under pressure

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Fluency in additional languages
  • Experience in retail or telecom customer support
  • Prior exposure to global or fintech customer service environments
