💼 Job Role – Trainee Process Consultant (International Non-Voice)
Responsibilities:
- Process claims as per guidelines
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs)
- Follow quality and auditing standards
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Arts & Science Graduates (Passed in 2023, 2024, or 2025)
- Education Pattern: 10+2+3 (15 years of education)
- Not Eligible: BE/B.Tech, Postgraduates, Diploma holders
- Experience: Freshers – 1 year
- Skills Required:
- Good oral & written English communication
- Typing skills & basic computer navigation
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
