🔍 Job Role: Service Desk Analyst – HCLTech, Chennai

Experience Required: 1–2 years in IT support
International Voice/Non-Voice Experience: Mandatory
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network
- Handle account access issues such as password resets
- Log, categorize, and escalate unresolved incidents
- Document troubleshooting procedures in the knowledge base
- Assist in installing and configuring hardware/software
- Deliver excellent customer service within SLA timelines
📚 Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (IT certifications preferred)
- Experience: 1–2 years in service desk or technical support
- Knowledge of operating systems: Windows, macOS, Linux
- Familiarity with networking basics: TCP/IP, VPN, DNS
- Experience using tools like Active Directory, ServiceNow, Jira, Remote Desktop
