What Will You Do?
As a Telesales Advisor, you will be the voice of Shaadi.com. Your core responsibilities include:
- Premium Pitching: Calling prospective leads and explaining the benefits of Shaadi.com premium memberships.
- Lead Conversion: Converting free members into paid subscribers through a consultative sales approach.
- Target Achievement: Meeting daily/weekly call volumes and revenue targets.
- Record Management: Updating call notes and outcomes in the system in real-time.
- Walk-in Support: Occasionally handling walk-in customers at the T. Nagar office to explain platform features.
Who Can Apply?
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
- Language Skills: Strong Spoken English + Tamil is mandatory. Clear diction and confident speech are key.
- Experience: Freshers or those with up to 1 year of experience in outbound calling/BPO.
- Gender: Both Male and Female candidates can apply.
