Job Description

Siemens is currently seeking candidates for the position of Graduate Trainee Engineer.

Candidate Responsibilities:

1. Comprehend project requirements and develop a comprehensive software programming package for HVAC systems to facilitate smooth project execution in adherence to regional standards.
2. Conduct programming and quality checks for HVAC building control systems.
3. Program, test, and debug application-specific software tailored for HVAC systems.
4. Ensure adherence to standard quality control checklists and processes, submitting high-quality programming packages to the Team Lead or Project Lead.
5. Guarantee flawless programming and on-time project delivery with the highest level of quality.
6. Keep project executions on schedule and provide regular updates on the status to the project owner/lead.
7. Identify potential project risks and promptly communicate concerns to the team leader.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Work Experience: Fresher
2. Basic knowledge of engineering in the fields of instrumentation and/or electrical.
3. Familiarity with software programming would be an added advantage.
4. Proficient communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
