📝 Job Summary
The Officer role involves limit input and maintenance across multiple transaction processing systems, ensuring excellent service delivery, accuracy, compliance, and adherence to operational and regulatory standards within Ops CRC CCIB.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Service & Strategy
- Act as a service partner with Relationship Managers, Client Management, Operations, and internal stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality service aligned with agreed service standards
- Ensure adherence to Department Operating Instructions (DOIs)
🔹 Operations & Processes
- Perform accurate limit input and maintenance in transaction processing systems
- Maintain limits related to Credit Cards, Overdrafts, Treasury, and other products
- Handle fee drawdowns, interest, margin, and commission entries
- Manage diary systems for limit expiry and cancellations
- Update CMS and control sheets accurately
- Handle customer account entries and General Ledger postings
🔹 Risk & Compliance
- Adhere to regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements
- Act as first line of defense for transaction system alerts
- Escalate exceptions and risks to senior management
- Comply with AML and Money Laundering Prevention procedures
🔹 Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes
- Improve operational efficiency and system consistency
👥 People & Talent Responsibilities
- Guide and support new joiners
- Develop a personal learning plan with the team manager
- Complete learning milestones and training requirements
🎓 Educational Qualification & Experience
- Preferred Qualification: Commerce Graduate / Postgraduate
Experience by Grade:
- Grade 9B: Fresher to 12 months experience
- Grade 9A: 1 – 3 years experience
- Grade 8B: 3 – 5 years experience
