🧑💻 Key Responsibilities
As a Collection Specialist at Sutherland, you will:
- Review and monitor open accounts from daily reports.
- Make collection calls (outbound/inbound) in a professional manner.
- Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collection.
- Process account adjustments, reconciliations, and refunds.
- Send dunning letters for delinquent accounts.
- Escalate issues in case of non-payment.
- Coordinate with Sales, Billing, and Operations teams.
- Update daily/weekly trackers and maintain compliance.
- Participate in learning, development, and process improvements.
🎓 Eligibility & Skills Required
- Education: Any Graduate (B.Com preferred)
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills (English)
- Collections & International Voice process knowledge preferred
- MS Office basics
- Open to rotational shifts
- Freshers and experienced candidates (0–5 years) can apply
