📋 Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate at Sutherland, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for B2B customers via email, chat, or voice.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and professional support while meeting service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Take full ownership of customer interactions with proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Handle sensitive issues with empathy while maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records and documentation in company systems.
  • Meet key performance metrics: quality, productivity, attendance, and first-contact resolution.
  • Recommend process improvements and escalate recurring issues appropriately.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong ability to empathize with customers, manage time effectively, and work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Education: High school diploma or above.
  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply!).
