💼 Job Role: Customer Support Associate

This is a B2B support role where you’ll engage with clients via Email and Chat, not voice calls. Ideal for candidates who prefer non-voice customer service jobs.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for B2B customers via email and chat
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and meet SLAs
  • Take full ownership of each customer interaction with empathy and efficiency
  • Accurately document all customer interactions
  • Work collaboratively to suggest process improvements
  • Meet performance metrics like first-contact resolution, quality, and productivity

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass or any graduate
  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply!)
  • Skills Required:
    • Excellent verbal and written English
    • Strong email and chat communication
    • Knowledge of basic Windows OS
    • Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night)
    • Good customer handling & problem-solving mindset
