Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via email in a non-voice process.
- Deliver accurate and efficient responses to customer queries.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
- Follow company protocols and maintain data confidentiality.
- Work rotational night shifts with two weekly offs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Minimum qualification:
- +2 / Diploma (3 Years) / Graduate in any stream.
- Must be based in Chennai (within a 30 KM radius).
- Immediate joiners only.
